Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, near great restaurants and just a short walk to major attractions. The rooms had their quirks but were cozy, and the lobby, bar, and breakfast were delightful. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful staff. However, some noise and view issues in the rooms and a few service limitations were noticeable.
The hotel is a charming spot in the old town, boasting elegant decor and incredible service. The rooms vary in style, with spacious layouts adorned in vintage details. The hotel excels in personalized service but falls slightly short in dining options. Enjoy a tranquil stay near the heart of Seville.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a two-story library, views of the plaza, and an amazing spiral staircase to a lofted bedroom but were quite noisy due to the central courtyard. The service was friendly and accommodating with various amenities available, yet the noise from the courtyard could be disruptive. The location was both charming and central, offering a quiet retreat despite being in the heart of Seville, yet some may find it away from the main tourist attractions. The dining was simple but enjoyable, and the facilities were generally good.
The hotel is situated in a central spot, with easy access to major attractions and surrounded by local restaurants and shops. The rooms offer a unique layout with a library and staircase, providing a cozy atmosphere but lacking outdoor windows for privacy. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with various needs. The dining options cater more towards meat eaters than vegetarians, and the parking comes at an additional cost, but overall, the location and attentive staff make for a delightful stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of exceptional and disappointing experiences. The rooms were exceptional, integrated in a stunning wood-panelled library split over 2 floors with different styles and a large bathroom, furnished like a grand house. However, they were quite expensive, and there were no windows for views. The service was friendly and exceptionally helpful, making my stay welcoming and accommodating. The location was great, although a bit difficult to find by car, with a myriad of restaurants, cafes, and tapas bars nearby. The dining experience was lovely but not tailored for the calorie conscious. Overall, a place with notable highlights and some room for improvement.
