Hotel Ateneo Sevilla impresses many guests with its unique and interesting decor, creating a period living feeling reminiscent of a merchant's mansion. The location is also a plus, being conveniently situated near the center and a square with classic Spanish restaurants. Some guests have noted that certain rooms can be a bit dark and might benefit from redecoration in the bathroom, but overall, the spacious junior suites, comfortable beds, and the abundance of fresh produce at breakfast tend to leave a positive impression.

poor soundproofing connecting door
the room lacked soundproofing i could hear everything from the adjacent room this made it difficult to sleep. there was a connecting door to the next room so every sound was audible. the staff said it was a known issue for that room because of the door no umbrellas were available when it rained.
